Which software do you work with?
Whatever you use for scheduling, quoting, invoicing and your phone system. The audit starts from how you work, then looks at what fits.
Will AI talk to my customers?
Only where you want it to. If you use an AI receptionist, you set what it may say and when it hands over to a person, especially for emergencies.
What happens to my data?
Before we look at real customer files, we agree in writing what we can access and how it is handled. The audit can also start from process descriptions and sample documents with personal details removed.
How long does it take?
