The first call is free. The audit has a fixed price that depends on the size and complexity of your business. We go through it on the call and agree it in writing before any work starts. A build is quoted per project once the audit is done, so you know the price before anything is built.
What does the audit involve?
A short call, then a working session and a questionnaire. We map how work moves through your business, measure what the manual parts cost, and write one document: the findings, a process map, a ranked list of opportunities, the estimated return and a roadmap.
Do I have to buy a build afterwards?
