Quick answer: Tu Cambio Automático, a supplier of automatic gearbox parts to workshops in Spain, had a solo owner spending 6 to 8 hours a day on calls and WhatsApp. An early AI audit in January 2026 projected 80 to 120 hours a month recovered. The SEO work that came out of it is measured: 337 clicks from Google in one week.

Tu Cambio Automático sells automatic gearbox parts to workshops across Spain. It is run by one owner, Javier, with about EUR 30,000 a month in revenue. We started with an AI audit in January and February 2026, then did paid work: SEO content, AI video and monthly support. The audit numbers are projections. The SEO numbers are measured.

The problem

Javier built the business on trust and technical knowledge. Every workshop wants to hear the answer from him, and that created a ceiling.

  • About 100 phone and WhatsApp inquiries a day, and roughly 2 turned into sales.
  • Six to 8 hours a day on the phone and WhatsApp, mostly repeat questions about price, stock and order status.
  • Calls that arrived while he was busy were lost.
  • A database of 1,500 workshops that had never been contacted, with no time to do it.
  • All sales were passive: about half referrals and half Google.

The audit summary was short: there was no demand problem, there was a system problem.

What the audit found

  • Filter calls and WhatsApp before they reach the owner. An AI voice agent answers routine calls and passes technical ones to Javier at once, and a WhatsApp flow answers the common questions. The audit estimated that 70 percent of call volume is routine.
  • A video factory: AI avatar videos made from approved scripts, which cuts the owner’s time per video from about 20 minutes to a 5 minute review.
  • SEO content that brings workshops in: articles aimed at the real searches workshops make, with a target of 1 to 5 new workshop clients a month.

The projected numbers

Projected
Hours recovered80 to 120 a month (20 to 30 a week)
Value at EUR 10 an hour, the cost of delegating the workEUR 800 to 1,200 a month
Value at the owner’s own rate of EUR 50 an hourEUR 4,000 to 6,000 a month
New workshop clients from content and outreachtarget of 1 to 5 a month, from 0

Projections from the audit, based on the owner's description of his day. The call and WhatsApp automation is not counted as delivered.

What we measured

The SEO work shipped first, so it has real data behind it.

  • About 25 articles published on the client’s own website.
  • 3 to 15 May 2026: 783 sessions with 84 percent engagement. Organic search was the biggest source, with 473 sessions.
  • 21 to 27 May 2026: 337 clicks from Google, 9,106 impressions, a 3.7 percent click rate and an average position of 8.2.
  • Searches for the brand name itself began to appear, which means workshops are looking for it directly.
  • A 5-day traffic dip in mid-May came from an expired security certificate. We spotted it, explained it in the report, and it was renewed.

The work has continued since the audit: more SEO batches, AI video with a cloned voice, and monthly support.

How these numbers were built

Call and message figures come from the owner's description of his day, checked in the audit interview. The SEO figures come from Google Analytics and Google Search Console. The call and WhatsApp automation is not counted as delivered, so we claim no result from it.
